On May 22, 2026, CITASA member SBV Services hosted a successful Joint Crime Prevention Operation in Free State, alongside the Mangaung SAPS, Fidelity Services Group, and various private security stakeholders.
This collaborative initiative focused heavily on strengthening crime prevention efforts against cash-in-transit (CIT) robberies, ATM bombings and criminal incidents at retail malls. CITASA is incredibly proud of the proactive steps taken by the CIT members and private security partners to curb CIT crime and protect communities. When public and private sectors unite, we build a formidable front against crime.
